Markus from Innsbruck has a plan that is as crazy as it is amazing: to travel all the way from Innsbruck to the Jokkmokk Market in February – on his 1954 Vespa! (A neat little distance of about 3000 km).

With a Vespa that has seen more adventures than most, Markus is preparing for the cold, long journey. We’ll be along for the ride – both in preparation and on the epic journey through Europe’s snowy landscape.

It will be a journey filled with cold winds, warm encounters and unforgettable moments. And when Markus rolls into Jokkmokk in February, we know he’ll have written a new page in the history of both the market and Vespa!

Hello everyone! We at the market office are looking for those of you who intend to get to the Jokkmokk market in a slightly different and creative way this year.
