Status report based on confirmed facts:
The number of vendors/vendors who come to Jokkmokk market varies from year to year, both the number at the outdoor market and in the various indoor venues such as the craft market and food market.
Vendors who sell at the outdoor market are assigned marketplaces where they set up their stalls. A marketplace is 3 meters. At most, the market has had over 500 such stalls. Some vendors rent one marketplace, others rent several marketplaces for their stall.
The number of outdoor marketplaces at Jokkmokk Market in 2026 is tentatively 424.
We will only know the exact number of marketplaces after the market.

The press room is located in the Municipality Building, meeting room 1. Entrance from Västra Torggatan 11.

Wednesday, February 3: 2:00 PM–5:30 PM
Thursday–Saturday, February 4–6: 09:00 AM–18:00 PM
With us you can pick up Jokkmokk market press cards, use WiFi, get answers to your questions about the market, drink a cup of coffee/tea or just warm up for a while.
The press card
Working journalists and photographers are welcome to apply for press accreditation for the 2027 market.
The press card gives you free entry to Ájtte, the Swedish Mountain and Sami Museum, but not to all of their events that require special admission. Photo permission must be applied for directly at the museum.
Jokkmokk Market has several different organizers who are responsible for their own events, so regarding admission to concerts with multiple performances, you need to contact the respective organizer or purchase a ticket.
You need to buy your own ticket for the Sami dance at Folkets Hus. Please be kind and respect the audience and do not take pictures without permission.
